Course Access and Licensing
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content. You may not share your account credentials, redistribute course materials, or record and distribute course videos. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
No Refund Policy
All course purchases are final and non-refundable. Given the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once course access has been granted. Please review the free preview lessons before purchasing.
No Guarantee of Admission or Selection
All content on SVCC Academy is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes an assurance or guarantee of admission or selection in any school or exam. A student's qualification is dependent on their capability and performance in the actual examination.
Content Protection
All course videos include a dynamic watermark displaying your name and mobile number. Recording and distributing course content is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action. Your identity is traceable through the watermark on any leaked content.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing account access is a violation of these terms and will result in account termination.
Changes to Terms
SVCC Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
